Making contemporary art a place to meet
A non-profit cultural organisation based in La Tour-de-Peilz, fostering artistic and cultural exchange between Switzerland and China.
Who we are
Our mission
Through exhibitions, talks, publishing projects and cultural outreach, the association seeks to create lasting links between contemporary artists from both countries, cultural institutions, art professionals and the public.
Its ambition is to develop accessible, regularly renewed projects that introduce new artistic practices while encouraging dialogue between different sensibilities and cultures.
The association also aims to contribute to the cultural life of the Vaud Riviera by opening a local venue dedicated to contemporary art and intercultural exchange.

Our approach is based on a regular exhibition programme, a complementary publishing activity and the wish to make contemporary art accessible in a welcoming setting that invites encounters.

Artists & collaborations
A network of Swiss and Chinese artists
The association aims to build a network of contemporary Swiss and Chinese artists who share its interest in intercultural exchange.
Artists taking part in the programme are selected on the basis of their artistic approach, the quality of their work and their potential contribution to the dialogue between the two art scenes.
The association values diversity of practices, backgrounds and sensibilities, while offering a coherent programme that is accessible to the public. Each collaboration is shaped by the nature of the project, with particular care for supporting the artists and documenting their work.

The association is led by two founding members with complementary skills in artistic creation, art direction, communication and intercultural exchange.

The association works with external professionals and partners as each project requires: artists, photographers, translators, printers, cultural speakers and outreach specialists. The board serves on a voluntary basis.
